Great Lakes Regional-Previews

It comes down to one more meet before the NCAA Cross Country Finals.  This Friday your Chippewas head to the Thomas Zimmer Championship Cross Country Course in Madison, Wisconsin for the Great Lakes Regional Championship. For those who are unaware the teams that compete in this event are from Division I colleges from the Great Lakes States (Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin).  Central finished 12th last year in the Men's 10k race year and the women finished 14th last year in Women's 6k race.  Returning seniors Nate Ghena and Breanne Lesnar  finishing of 33rd and 66th helped Central last year, now let's see how the Chippewas perform this year.  Check out ChippewasXC later this week for full results of how each team ran over their competition.  For information about the course itself click the picture below.
